South Yorkshire’s finest fencers will battle it out against competitors from across the UK at a prestigious tournament taking place in Sheffield. More than 200 fencers are set to take part in the Sheffield Open Fencing Tournament, which is being held at the English Institute of Sport – Sheffield (EISS) from May 19-20.

Ok, so it was really tough. I came 38th in the first pooles which was good for a newbie. But them I slipped 10 places for the final result. Will try harder next time!
